A little old and a little new.

RJ’s Tavern has long been part of the downtown Hastings landscape, but in the mid-2000′s it underwent a major overhaul.  With attention to detail, a foot in the future and an eye for the past, RJ’s was transformed from a great little tavern to the beautiful restaurant and mainstay that it is today.  The interior design pays homage to the fact that the building it’s in is over a century old.  Highlighted include the original limestone walls, and to accent, miles of beautiful woodwork, raised panels and beautiful cornice and coves were painstakingly installed.  With tasteful, sophisticated yet non-pretentious decor, RJ’s is a warm, friendly and cozy place to meet up for lunch, after work or on the weekends.
